Delivery Terms & Policy

1. Order Placement

Retailers can conveniently place orders 24/7 through our online store or with assistance from dedicated sales representatives and the CRM team. Once an order is submitted and approved, instant confirmation is sent via WhatsApp and email to the retailer's registered contact details, ensuring transparency and seamless order processing at every step.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. In rare cases of supply chain disruptions, technical issues or inventory shortages, orders may be automatically cancelled without prior retailer consent. We proactively notify affected retailers about any cancellations and strive to minimize such occurrences through improved inventory management.

3. Delivery Schedule

Estimated delivery dates are clearly displayed during checkout on all product pages. We currently deliver Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and operational factors, with real-time updates provided for retailer convenience.

4. Order Cancellation

Retailers may cancel orders within 24 hours of placement at no charge. For orders already processed or in transit, cancellations cannot be accommodated. If retailers refuse delivery upon arrival, applicable delivery charges will be deducted from any potential refunds as per our policy guidelines.

5. Delivery Tracking

Real-time order tracking is available by entering the Order ID on our tracking portal. For additional delivery assistance, retailers may directly contact their assigned Arajona Delivery Service Partner (ADSP) who can provide location-specific updates and support.

6. Delivery Pricing

We offer highly competitive delivery rates starting at just ₹30 base charge, with nominal supplemental fees of 50 paise per item or 30 paise per kilogram. This transparent, volume-based pricing structure ensures cost-effective logistics solutions for retailers of all scales.

Payment Terms & Policy

1. Payment Methods

Arajona Retail offers flexible payment options including cash on delivery (COD), bank transfers, UPI, and digital wallet payments. Retailers must complete payments as per agreed terms to ensure uninterrupted service.

2. Credit Period & Terms

Eligible retailers enjoy a 7-15 day credit window based on account standing. Timely settlement avoids service restrictions, while delayed payments may incur penalties per company policy.

3. Sales Returns & Credit Notes

For approved sales returns, the equivalent amount will be issued as a Credit Note. These credits are automatically adjusted against your next invoice or can be refunded upon request within 7 working days.

4. Payment Disputes

Report billing discrepancies within 48 hours of invoice receipt. Our finance team resolves valid disputes within 3-5 working days, during which subsequent orders may be temporarily held.

5. Advance Payments

High-value/customized orders may require partial/full advance payment, clearly communicated during order confirmation before processing begins.

6. Payment Security

All transactions use bank-grade encryption. Always verify payment links and never share financial details via unverified channels.
